When Trumps wants diplomacy, Maddow frowns on it. What a change of tune!

Rachel Maddow and the “liberals” have been bashing Trump for escalating nuclear tensions with North Korea’s also kooky leader for months. All the news has been scaring us by saying that North Korea’s nukes can hit California and how dangerous it is to have a goof like Trump and Kim Jong Un saber-rattling against each other.

Now Trump is prepared to talk with North Korea and libtards like Maddow are freaking out–as if they actually wanted a war so they could claim “We told you so!” about Trump.

Maddow asks “Does Donald Trump wonder why no sitting U.S. president has ever met in person with a North Korean leader?” Hypo-crat!

Democrats and their war-loving mouthpieces like Maddow are now sounding like the GOP who criticized Obama for negotiating with Iran, even though Obama’s deal with Iran is still working and was called historic and ground-breaking. Republicans claimed that Obama shouldn’t be negotiating with terrorists. Maddow is now using GOP logic against Trump speaking with North Korea.

And check this out–a great reason why Maddow should not be shocked at all by Trump’s diplomacy with North Korea:

A questioner asked in a July 23, 2007, Democratic debate if the candidates “Would be willing to meet separately, without precondition, during the first year of your administration, in Washington or anywhere else, with the leaders of Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea, in order to bridge the gap that divides our countries?

Obama: “I would,” said Obama. “And the reason is this, that the notion that somehow not talking to countries is punishment to them–which has been the guiding diplomatic principle of this administration, is ridiculous.

“Ronald Reagan and Democratic presidents like JFK constantly spoke to Soviet Union at a time when Ronald Reagan called them an evil empire.”

So diplomacy to avoid wars is great when Obama engages in it, yet it’s rejected by those who praised Obama for it as insane for Trump when he dares to try it. Maddow and MSNBC have lost their minds.
